Two to five days a week, patients attend a five-hour morning (9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.) or afternoon (3:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.) day care program that gives them access to medical services while providing stimulating opportunities to socialize.

Programs and services include:

• individualized medical and nursing care (including preventive medicine)
• social work services
• therapeutic recreation
• rehabilitation therapies
• nutrition counseling
• dental and podiatry services
• medication counseling
• audiology screening

Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance are accepted for these services.

A hot kosher meal is served.

Transportation is available.

The entire Parker health care network is available to participants in the Adult Day Health Care program.
