disability. These are just a few issues associated with aging. To help individuals cope with these and other health concerns, Parker Institutes Adult Day Health Care Center provides a variety of comprehensive health care services in a warm social and recreational environment.
Two to five days a week, patients attend a five-hour morning (9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.) or afternoon (3:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.) day care program that gives them access to medical services while providing stimulating opportunities to socialize.
Programs and services include:
- individualized medical and nursing care (including preventive medicine)
- social work services
- therapeutic recreation
- rehabilitation therapies
- nutrition counseling
- dental and podiatry services
- medication counseling
- audiology screening
Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance are accepted for these services.
A hot kosher meal is served.
Transportation is available.
The entire Parker health care network is available to participants in the Adult Day Health Care program.
