Parker’s expertise and experience in older adult health care and rehabilitation is being brought to communities in Queens, Nassau and Suffolk Counties. In addition to the highest levels of care, outpatients of Parker’s community programs can take advantage of the Institute’s highly regarded long term and sub-acute care programs as well as its Alzheimer’s respite center.
