Chinese Adult Day Health Care Program Celebrates 11th Year!

May 23, 2013

A participant in Parker's Chinese Adult Day Health Care Program performs during the celebration.

Parker's President and CEO Michael N. Rosenblut (L), with Daniel Wong (R), a participant of the program.

They sang "Home Sweet Home" and, in fact, for the past 11 years, Parker's Chinese Adult Day Health Care Program has been the daytime home for frail elderly Chinese adults from Queens and Long Island. It has been - and continues to be - a warm, inviting place to socialize and have fun, as well as a center of excellent nursing and medical care. On Thursday, May 23rd and Friday, May 24th, song, dance, and good food helped mark the Program's 11th anniversary.

Parker's Chinese Adult Day Health Care Program is the largest program of its kind in Queens and Nassau Counties. Interested individuals are welcome to call 516-289-1706 for further information, or visit www.parkerinstitute.org.
