Parker Announces “Kosher-Style” Dining Greater Variety and Cultural Diversity Emphasized,
Kosher Still Available Upon Request

As of the fall of 2010, Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation will offer “Kosher-style” dining, a departure from its previous tradition of strictly Kosher food service.
