Westbound Exit 33 Lakeville Road/New Hyde Park - Proceed on service road to second traffic light. Make left turn onto Lakeville Rd. and go under the expressway trestle. Proceed south one mile; make a right at the entrance to Parker Jewish Institute and LIJ. Make a right at the stop sign and proceed to the valet parking lot. Parker is the white building with blue trim.
Eastbound Exit 33 Lakeville Road. From service road, make right turn onto Lakeville Road. Proceed south one mile; make a right at the entrance to Parker Jewish Institute and LIJ. Make a right at the stop sign and proceed to the valet parking lot. Parker is the white building with blue trim.
Northern State (Grand Central)
Westbound Exit 25S Lakeville Rd./New Hyde Park - Proceed on Lakeville Rd. to the 3rd light and make a right at the entrance to Parker Jewish Institute and LIJ. Make a right at the stop sign and proceed to the valet parking lot. Parker is the white building with blue trim.
Eastbound Exit at Lakeville Road. Make right turn into Marcus Avenue and proceed to traffic light. Make left turn onto Lakeville Road. Proceed south 3/10 mile to the Parker Institute entrance on the right (there's a light here). Proceed to the stop sign, make a right and go to the valet parking lot. Parker is the white building with blue trim.
By Rail
The Long Island Railroad Port Washington Line from Penn Station to Great Neck (30 Minutes). Taxi or Schenck bus to the Institute (10 min.) or the LIRR from Atlantic Ave., Brooklyn via Jamaica to Floral Park or New Hyde Park Stations (40-45 Minutes). Taxi to the Institute.
By Bus & Subway
IND E or F train to Union Tpke. (Kew Gardens). Use last car of train and leave station at 78 Ave. exit. Then take Q46 (City Line) bus to 271 St. (Last stop). Walk north two blocks to 76 Ave. and entrance to the Parker Institute.

Long Island Expressway or or Grand Central/Northern State Parkway–New Hyde Park Road South (Exit 34 on LIE, Exit 26S on GC/NS) to Marcus Avenue. Make right onto Marcus. At second light, make right into 3000 Lake Success Quadrangle. Proceed straight to blue Parker awning. Please park only in spots designated for Parker patients.
By Rail-Bus
The Long Island Railroad Port Washington line to Great Neck, or the Port Jefferson line to New Hyde Park, and the N25 bus to Marcus Avenue. The bus stop is located just outside the Lake Success Quadrangle. The Parker Community Health Center is at 3000 Lake Success Quadrangle and is fronted with a bright blue Parker awning.
