Parker offers a full range of personal physician services in a modern yet warm, compassionate environment. Patients receive a complete medical evaluation and assessment from a team of geriatric specialists, including physicians, nurses and therapists. Following the initial assessment, patients can have test results forwarded to their own physician or continue to receive primary and specialist care at Parkers outpatient centers.

Expert care is also provided for those recovering from cardiac operations, stroke and hip or knee replacements as well as other illnesses and injuries. Personal Physician Services is directly linked to Parkers inpatient sub-acute care and home care services, should they become needed.
