Our Family Call Center is your point of contact for all non-emergency questions and support. If we don't have the answer right away, we will connect with the right Parker Team member and follow up.
Here are some examples of what the Family Call Center can assist you with:
- Clinical Update
- Lab Results
- Set up a FaceTime Call
- Technical Support, such as Cell Phone not charged
- Laundry Service
- Food Delivery
- Medication Updates
What happens when you call:
- You will speak to a Parker representative.
- If needed, we will partner with Parker's expert care team.
- You'll receive a follow up when answers require additional review.
- Calls are returned within 24-48 hours for non-urgent concerns.
