What Is a Medical House Call Service and Who Can Benefit?

For many older adults, getting to a medical appointment isn’t always easy. Mobility challenges, chronic health conditions, transportation barriers, or recovery from a hospitalization can make routine healthcare difficult to access.

A medical house call service brings healthcare directly to the patient, allowing individuals to receive comprehensive medical care in the comfort and familiarity of home.

Healthcare That Comes to You - Parker At Your Door

Parker At Your Door is a physician-led medical house call program serving eligible patients throughout Queens, Nassau County, Suffolk County, Brooklyn, and surrounding communities. Our team provides personalized medical care to individuals who have difficulty traveling to traditional medical offices due to illness, mobility limitations, or complex healthcare needs.

By caring for patients in their own homes, our providers gain a better understanding of each person’s daily environment, support system, and unique healthcare goals. This allows us to deliver more personalized, coordinated care while helping patients maintain their independence and quality of life.
