Chef Walter D'Rozario

Parker Jewish Institute is thrilled to announce that Chef Walter D'Rozario, has joined our culinary team, as our Head Chef for the Indian Cultural Unit.

Chef D'Rozario, has fifteen years of experience in professional Indian kitchens, including LSG Sky Chefs, Bombay Harbour (Long Island), Utsav (Manhattan), Junoon (Manhattan),and Hotel President (Mumbai). Chef D'Rozario is also a 2011 Food Network, Chopped Champion.

Parker is proud of the work our Indian Cultural Committee has done, to create a home-like environment for our Indian population residing at Parker. It is an honor to have Chef D'Rozario join our team. His culinary mastery will surely bring comfort to our residents/patients.
