At Parker Jewish Institute, patients and residents are enjoying the beautiful summer season. When the weather is warm and comfortable, many head outdoors for fresh air, light exercise, and fun. A popular spot is the pickleball court, which was recently transformed into a lively volleyball court. Using a soft beach ball, patients and residents took turns rallying across the net in a friendly competition. Activities like these not only bring joy but also support cardiovascular health, muscle strength, and coordination.
