Celebrating Passover At Parker Jewish Institute

Parker Jewish Institute’s Therapeutic Recreation Department hosted a series of celebrations, to observe the Jewish Holiday of Passover, beginning on Saturday, April 12, 2025, until Sunday, April 20, 2025.

The celebrations commemorated the Exodus of the Israelites from slavery in Egypt and included matzo-snack making, Passover sing-a-longs and Passover seders and prayer services. All of the activities were inclusive, with many patients/residents of different religions and backgrounds, joining with their Jewish friends.
