Cooking and Eating Healthy - Mango Lassi

Parker Jewish Institute is proud of our Food Service Department. We encourage all Parker members, whether a patient/resident, visitor or employee, to eat a well balance nutritional diet.

Mango Lassi, known as the Indian yogurt drink, is an easy recipe, that is full of calcium. This quick and delicious drink boosts overall bone health, including dental health. It is a great source of vitamin D as well as lactic acid, and strengthens the overall immune system.
