Parker's Educational Videos

At Parker, we realize that many of our patients and family caregivers, may need assistance with the skilled nursing facility discharge process. For patients and their families, we developed a video series, to re-enforce prior teaching at Parker, that emphasizes chronic disease self-management and medication management.

We want our patients and family caregivers to feel prepared and confident, to manage their care at home. The video series provides patients and their families with easy-to-understand medical information, that you can access on ParkerVision (Channel 62), as well as Parker’s YouTube Channel, and on our website from any computer, tablet or smart phone.
